Astoria is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Astoria is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The pizza guy and I had a great conversation. I’m with my dog. I ordered the pie with the pizza guy because there was no one around. I go ahead and say let me get a bourbon with Diet Coke. They come out with a bourbon with a lot of Diet Coke, which was diet Pepsi and the drink was light. I met the pizza man then one of the waitresses came out. I have very few words with her and then the bartender she asked me that if I wanted the bourbon with Diet Coke with or without ice. I’ve never in my life heard a bourbon with Diet Coke without ice never in my life I think that’s when I said did you say without ice. So then she went in she decided not to serve me so then the bartender came out basically slapped my drink down on the table and looked at me. I guess that’s when he decided that he’s not making me a drink again. Then third different waitress came out to take my order. She brought out my pizza now here I had four different servers, deal with because I guess everybody’s like too sensitive. They never came out to give me another drink. I spend more money on liquor than food. Everywhere I go. They would’ve got three drinks from me. The food is great order to go come by and pick it up

The food is delicious and the service very friendly. They offer fresh brick oven pizzas in several topping combos for everyone's taste. Pasta, beef, seafood, veal, chicken and eggplant classic dishes are also on the menu for an entree and are superb! They also have a large dessert menu from cakes to gelato as well as a full bar. This place is the go to for authentic, delicious Italian food.

We had a lovely dinner here for the first time! We were seated right away and the garlic bread for starters was incredible! Just what I was craving! I had the spaghetti carbonara which was so delicious and my husband had the schiacciata which very tasty! The service was great, everyone was friendly. 10/10 recommend ☺️

Came here with my sister and son in a Monday night and almost had the whole place to ourself. The bread and homemade mozzarella appetizer were incredible. We got the mushroom ravioli, pizza modena, and spaghetti carbonara and both were very good. My sister and I shared two cocktails that had Deep Eddy vodka in them-- the grapefruit and the Austin one with OJ and peach. We both agreed the Austin one was the best of the two. (Oh, and my family lives in Austin and I'm a big Deep Eddy Vodka fan, so I was delighted that they not only offer cocktails with this brand but even have Ball jar glasses with their branding on it!) We came during a heat wave and I had to get my fan out, so I do wish they could have had it a bit cooler but it's also wise to conserve energy during a heat wave. I just don't enjoy myself nearly as much when I'm hot. Server was excellent, very attentive and helpful. We'll return!
